Guided meditation has had a profoundly positive influence on my life.  A number of years ago I began creating meditations specifically for vocalists and other performers because I wanted to be able to share a very personal kind of guided meditation that spoke directly to the challenges my clients faced. Some of the benefits of a meditation practice include (and I have experienced all of these):

  • mastery of the mind/thoughts

  • stronger connection to the breath (very important for singers!)

  • greater sense of calm

  • improved focus

  • improved listening

  • improved memory

  • greater sense of presence

  • confidence

  • nervous system regulation 

  • lessening of performance anxiety

  • ability to powerfully navigate/reframe other uncomfortable feelings

  • improved sleep

Pretty cool, huh? 

Creating these meditations has been a labor of love for me, combining my loves of writing, voiceover, and even music composition.
